Warsan Souk is a modern, expansive shopping mall located in the Warsan Village area of Dubai International City, developed by Nakheel Properties.

Spanning approximately 655,000 square feet, the mall complex consists of eight individual buildings, each featuring two floors dedicated to retail outlets and additional residential townhouses occupying the upper levels. The souk offers over 1,170 retail shops that cover a wide range of goods including traditional attire, electronics, home furnishings, and grocery stores, complemented by around 30 cafes and restaurants serving diverse international cuisines.

The design of Warsan Souk blends contemporary architecture with elements inspired by traditional Middle Eastern marketplaces. Its spacious, air-conditioned corridors, skylit atriums, escalators, and bridge walkways create an inviting and accessible shopping environment.

The residential component features stylish three-bedroom townhouses that overlook the bustling retail areas, offering a unique mixed-use living concept combining lifestyle and convenience.
