Oasis Mall Dubai

Oasis Mall Dubai, also known as Oasis Centre, is one of the older and well-established shopping malls in Dubai, originally opening in April 1999. It is located centrally on Sheikh Zayed Road near the Al Quoz area, making it easily accessible to multiple residential and commercial neighborhoods including Downtown Dubai, Al Safa, Al Wasl, and Jumeirah.

The mall had a flagship store, Home Centre, at its inception and over time expanded to include about 98 stores covering a retail space of approximately 1 million square feet spread across four levels.

Oasis Mall experienced a major setback when it was severely damaged by a fire in September 2005, but it was rebuilt and reopened on March 29, 2009, with a significantly larger and modernized retail environment. The redevelopment expanded the mall from a single level to four levels of shopping, incorporating new stores, dining options, and entertainment facilities.

The mall features a variety of international and local brands in fashion, electronics, home décor, sports, and more, alongside anchor tenants such as Carrefour Express, Centrepoint, Emax electronics, Max, and Home Centre. It also includes family-oriented amenities like Fitness First gym and kids' entertainment zones.

Owned and developed by the Landmark Group, Oasis Mall is notable for its large glass dome roof, reputed to be one of the largest in the Middle East. The mall provides approximately 1,500 free parking spaces to visitors and continues to serve as a convenient shopping and leisure destination for Dubai residents.

It hosts seasonal promotions, events, and community activities, reinforcing its position as a vibrant retail hub in the city. Though not located immediately near a metro station, it remains highly frequented due to its strategic location on Sheikh Zayed Road and well-rounded tenant mix.
