Meydan One Mall

Meydan One Mall is an upcoming mega shopping and lifestyle destination in Dubai, located within the expansive Meydan One development in Mohammed Bin Rashid City (MBR).

The mall is positioned to be one of the largest in the world, featuring over 600 retail outlets and more than 100 restaurants and cafes. A notable highlight of Meydan One Mall is its indoor ski slope, which is set to be the longest in the world at approximately 1.2 kilometers, nearly doubling the length of current record holders.

The mall will also house a 21-screen cinema and a large food court, creating a comprehensive entertainment and shopping hub catering to residents and tourists alike.

The mall's design incorporates a retractable roof spanning 150 by 80 meters that can be opened to enable an alfresco shopping and dining experience during cooler months. This unique architectural feature emphasizes the mall’s focus on blending indoor comfort with outdoor ambiance.

Meydan One Mall is part of a master plan that includes a 4-kilometer-long canal connected to a marina with 100 berths, alongside a 60,000 capacity civic plaza featuring a 420-meter-long dancing fountain and laser show, enhancing the cultural and entertainment appeal of the district.

Located near the Meydan Racecourse and key roads like Al Khail Road, the area is planned as a mixed-use community with residential towers, green spaces, cycling tracks, waterfront promenades, and sports facilities. Meydan One Mall is expected to play a central role in attracting visitors and residents, contributing to the development's vision of an integrated and upscale urban environment.

The mall is part of the broader Meydan One project, which includes living spaces, leisure amenities, and commercial zones, aiming to house over 75,000 residents upon full completion. While the full completion date for Meydan One Mall has not been firmly established, it is projected for launch around 2025 or soon after, marking a significant addition to Dubai’s retail and lifestyle landscape.
