Tiger Sky Tower

Tiger Sky Tower is a supertall residential skyscraper under construction in Business Bay, Dubai, set to become the tallest residential building in the world. The tower will rise to a height of 532 meters (1,745 feet) with a total of 122 floors.

The development features 849 luxury residences, including one to four-bedroom apartments, 18 exclusive penthouses, and a royal sky penthouse located at 426 meters. The tower will also house the world’s highest rainforest at 447 meters, complete with a rollercoaster ride running through it, the world's highest infinity pool at 431 meters, and the highest restaurant at 439 meters, creating a landmark destination for residents and visitors alike.

Designed with a fusion of modern architecture and Emirati cultural heritage, Tiger Sky Tower’s interior includes high-quality finishes with marble and wood sourced from renowned suppliers and homes equipped with premium Candy brand appliances.

Spanning a built-up area of over 2.7 million square feet, the tower offers extensive amenities such as fitness centers, jogging tracks, wellness facilities, restaurants, and adventure experiences, including the highest roll glider through the residential rainforest.

Situated in the heart of Business Bay, the tower provides residents with stunning panoramic views of Dubai’s iconic landmarks including the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Canal, and Jumeirah Beach. The project is planned for completion by the end of 2029 and aims to set new standards for luxury urban living and architectural innovation in Dubai.
