23 Marina

23 Marina is a residential skyscraper located in the Dubai Marina district of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It rises to a height of 392.8 meters (1,289 feet) and has 89 floors above ground, making it one of the tallest residential buildings in the world and the fourth tallest building in Dubai as of 2025. The construction of 23 Marina began in 2005 and was completed in 2012.

The tower is known for its modern postmodern architectural style, with a distinctive shape often compared to a ballpoint pen. It was developed by Hircon International, a joint venture between ETA Star Property Developers and India's Hiranandani Constructions.

The skyscraper houses 289 luxury residential units including one, two, and three-bedroom apartments as well as four-bedroom duplexes. A notable feature of the building is its 57 swimming pools distributed across various floors, including private heated plunge pools for the 48 duplex apartments on the upper floors.

Interiors are designed in a modern European style with color schemes of white, beige, and darker browns. The building offers extensive amenities such as multiple indoor and outdoor swimming pools, three levels of spas, fitness centers, a children's play area, and a private running track. The building also features a 16-meter-high entrance foyer adorned with onyx panels.

The elevator system is meticulously planned so that residents rarely wait longer than 45 seconds, with private elevators serving the duplex apartments. Parking is provided with more than 900 spaces spread across underground and podium levels.

The tower offers spectacular views of Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, sheikh Zayed Road, and the Dubai skyline. 23 Marina is located near key Dubai landmarks and infrastructure, facilitating easy access to public transportation and major roadways.

The building is named after the Dubai Marina plot number "23D" and stands as a symbol of Dubai's luxury residential high-rise market and its continuing urban development.
