The Palm Tower

The Palm Tower is a mixed-use skyscraper located on the trunk of Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Completed in 2021, the tower rises approximately 232 meters (761 feet) and consists of 54 floors, making it the tallest building on the Palm Jumeirah.

Developed by Nakheel Properties and designed by the architectural firm Gensler, the building combines a five-star St. Regis hotel occupying the lower 18 floors with luxury residential apartments above. The residences include a variety of fully furnished studios and one- to three-bedroom apartments, offering panoramic views of Palm Jumeirah, the Arabian Gulf, and the Dubai skyline.

The Palm Tower features premium amenities such as rooftop infinity pools, a spa, multiple dining venues, and direct access to the Nakheel Mall, connecting residents and hotel guests to a range of retail and entertainment options. Additionally, the tower hosts The View at The Palm, a public observation deck on the 52nd floor equipped with interactive exhibits, VIP lounges, and event spaces.

Its strategic location integrates access to Nakheel’s beach clubs and the Palm West Beach development via bridges and walkways. The Palm Tower emphasizes luxury living and hospitality with state-of-the-art facilities and is a prominent architectural landmark on Palm Jumeirah.
