The One Tower

The One Tower is a commercial skyscraper located in the Barsha Heights (formerly known as Tecom) district of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower stands 47 floors high with an approximate height of 207 meters (679 feet) and was completed in 2015.

Developed by RM Real Estate Development and designed by Dewan Architects & Engineers, The One Tower is directly connected to the Dubai Internet City Metro Station through its podium, offering seamless public transportation access. The building features a sleek, curved facade with panoramic views of Dubai's skyline, including Sheikh Zayed Road, Jumeirah, and New Dubai.
