The Citadel

The Citadel Tower is a prominent commercial skyscraper located in the Business Bay district of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower stands 48 stories tall with a height of approximately 201 meters and was developed by Deyaar Development.

Construction of the building began in 2005 and was completed in 2008. Designed by DAR Consult, the tower features a fully glazed façade with a distinctive curved design that tapers at the corners, creating an elegant box frame shape. This architectural design allows for expansive views of the Dubai Water Canal and the Business Bay area.

The total built-up area of the tower is about 1.1 million square feet, providing around 565,000 square feet of office space and 29,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor. The Citadel Tower contains 406 commercial units, offering a variety of office configurations including fitted, shell and core, and shared office spaces, with sizes ranging from approximately 220 to over 10,000 square feet. Retail units are suitable for cafes, restaurants, and shops.

The building features multiple amenities such as high-speed elevators, 24-hour security with CCTV monitoring, emergency lighting, concierge services, a three-level basement parking facility accommodating over a thousand cars, and electricity backup with high-speed internet connectivity. Its location provides easy access to major highways, Downtown Dubai, Dubai International Airport, and nearby landmarks like the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall.

The Citadel Tower stands as a functional and visually striking addition to the Dubai skyline, serving as a key business hub in the rapidly developing Business Bay district.
