SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences is a prominent high-rise building located in the Business Bay district of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The tower, completed in 2020, rises to a height of 336 meters (1,102 feet) and features 75 floors, making it one of the tallest hotel and residential buildings in the region. Developed by World of Wonders Real Estate Development (WOW RED) and designed by Aedas, the building exhibits a distinctive architectural style inspired by the module of an ‘oriel’, with a facade texture resembling a honeycomb formed by rotating units in different axes to provide privacy and panoramic views for residents.

It incorporates a mix of 946 units, including 254 unique hotel rooms, 321 hotel apartments, and 371 residences, distributed across distinct zones within the tower.

The building offers a range of luxurious amenities including two infinity pools on the 75th floor, providing a 360-degree view of Dubai’s skyline, a spa, gym, multiple dining venues such as Fi’lia and Carna restaurants, and lifestyle areas known collectively as ‘The Crown’ located at the top floors. The interior design was led by Paul Bishop, complementing the modern and artistic exterior.

The tower has multiple floors dedicated to residential living, hotel accommodations, and hotel apartments, with functional spaces for meetings and events on the 73rd floor. The tower's location offers easy access to major landmarks such as the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, contributing to its appeal as a prime destination for both residents and visitors seeking luxury accommodations and urban lifestyle in Dubai’s bustling downtown core.

Security features include 24-hour CCTV and various services such as housekeeping and valet parking, further enhancing its status as a premier upscale development.
