Signature Towers Hotel

Signature Towers Hotel in Dubai is part of the Signature Towers complex, a mixed-use development located in the Business Bay district of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

This complex consists of three high-rise towers designed by the renowned Iraqi-born architect Zaha Hadid, who won an international design competition to create this project.

The towers include office, residential, and hotel functions intertwined in a unique architectural style characterized by twisting, intertwined forms that create an iconic silhouette on the Dubai skyline. The hotel tower is part of this trio and shares a common podium with the other two towers, which includes retail spaces, restaurants, and various amenities.

The project was originally unveiled in 2006 under the name "Dancing Towers" but was later renamed Signature Towers. It is developed by Dubai Properties, a prominent developer responsible for other large-scale projects such as the Jumeirah Beach Residence.

Construction officially began in April 2024, with an estimated completion date set around 2030. The hotel tower features around 65 floors, and at certain levels, such as the 7th and 65th floors, there are connections between the hotel and office towers that facilitate business and leisure functions, including a business center and a panoramic restaurant offering spectacular views of Dubai Creek, Business Bay, and beyond.

The design facilitates integrated living, working, and hospitality, allowing occupants to experience a full day cycle between offices, residences, and hotel facilities.

The residential tower merges with the hotel on higher levels to offer shared leisure amenities, such as an indoor swimming pool. The complex is a focal point of the Business Bay area, which is a major commercial and residential hub designed to provide world-class infrastructure and lifestyles for global businesses and residents.

The Signature Towers Hotel stands as a prominent example of innovative architectural design and urban development in Dubai, reflecting both aesthetic ambition and functional integration in an increasingly important business district.
