Sama Tower

Sama Tower, also known as Al Durrah Tower or Al Durrah Tower II, is a 51-story skyscraper situated on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The residential and commercial building reaches a height of approximately 194 meters (636 feet) and was completed in late 2009 after construction began in 2006. Originally proposed as a supertall twisting tower named Al Durrah Tower II, the project was scaled down due to height restrictions imposed by Dubai's Department of Civil Aviation.

The design features a trapezoidal floor plan with a gentle twisting form that enhances views for residents, with upper floors enjoying sea views and lower floors overlooking Sheikh Zayed Road and city landscapes.

Sama Tower houses a mix of 376 semi-furnished luxury apartments, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, along with nine floors of office space outfitted to "A" grade standards. Amenities include a health club with a gym, spa, squash court, multipurpose hall, temperature-controlled swimming pools, and a rooftop cafeteria with panoramic city views.

The building is supported by a dedicated car park and offers 20-hour security, ensuring residents’ privacy and safety. Sama Tower exemplifies modern architectural design that balances aesthetic appeal with functional urban living in a prime location along Dubai’s main thoroughfare.

A journey is best measured in friends, rather than miles.
