Rosemont Hotel

Rosemont Hotel, Dubai is a five-star luxury hotel and serviced residences complex located along Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai’s Al Thanyah district. The development consists of two towers rising approximately 53 stories each, one housing a 448-key hotel operated by Curio, a Hilton Worldwide luxury brand, and the other comprising 280 fully furnished five-star serviced apartments.

The hotel tower features amenities including a sky lobby, sky pool, fine dining restaurants, spa, health club, VIP lounges, and business facilities. The serviced apartment tower also offers exclusive residential amenities such as a sky lobby, sky pool, and entertainment areas.

One of the most distinctive features of Rosemont Hotel is its 75,000 square foot outdoor rainforest and artificial beach, creating a unique ecological and recreational environment for guests and residents.

This jungle-like landscape incorporates advanced sensory rain systems that simulate rainfall experiences without getting visitors wet, making it one of the world’s first hotels to include its own rainforest.

The complex also includes a sky lobby on the 22nd floor with panoramic views of Dubai, multiple restaurants and bars, a nightclub, and extensive entertainment facilities such as a bowling alley, private luxury cinema, and skydiving simulator.

The project was developed by Royal International Investments and designed by ZAS Architects, with a construction cost estimated at around $550 million. Rosemont Hotel & Residences officially opened in 2019, offering a blend of nature, luxury, and urban sophistication within Dubai’s vibrant cityscape.
