Regalia

Regalia is a luxury residential skyscraper located in Business Bay, Dubai, developed by the prominent real estate company Deyaar Development PJSC.

The building is a landmark in Dubai’s urban landscape, rising 70 stories to a height of approximately 331 meters, making it the tallest residential project undertaken by Deyaar.
