Ocean Heights

Ocean Heights is a supertall residential skyscraper located in Dubai Marina, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower reaches a height of 310 meters (1,017 feet) and comprises 83 floors, making it one of the tallest residential buildings in Dubai and the world. Designed by architect Andrew Bromberg of Aedas, the building was topped out on December 22, 2009, and completed in 2010.

Ocean Heights features a distinctive twisting design, which gives the appearance that the structure is rotating as it ascends, a visual metaphor for dynamism and fluidity.

The project is the third iteration proposed by DAMAC Properties, with earlier versions planned at 38 and 50 floors before finalizing at 83 floors. This height increase was driven by market competition and demand for premium residential space in Dubai Marina.

The tower contains over 519 condominiums, including one, two, three, and four-bedroom apartments designed to maximize ocean views and natural light. The building utilizes a modular floor plan system that allows consistent apartment layouts despite the twisting exterior, which also helps reduce material use and structural complexity.

Amenities in Ocean Heights are designed to provide a luxury lifestyle, with facilities such as high-speed elevators, a gymnasium, swimming pools, children's play areas, tennis and basketball courts, and 24-hour security with CCTV surveillance.

Its location in the vibrant Dubai Marina neighborhood offers residents access to a lively waterfront environment with a variety of retail, leisure, healthcare, and entertainment options nearby. Ocean Heights stands as a landmark of innovative architectural design and residential development in Dubai’s ever-expanding skyline.

Dubai welcomes visitors with ambition guided by preparation.
