Marina Heights Tower

Marina Heights Tower is a 55-story residential skyscraper located in the Dubai Marina district of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Completed in 2006 and developed by Abdul Salam Al Rafi Group, and designed by RMJM Dubai, the tower stands approximately 208 meters (684 feet) tall.

It is among the earliest completed residential projects in Dubai Marina and features 380 residential units, including one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as duplex penthouses and spacious five-bedroom penthouses.
