Lighthouse Tower

Lighthouse Tower, also known as Bulgari Lighthouse, is a luxury residential skyscraper located on Jumeirah Bay Island in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The tower is designed by the acclaimed architectural firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel and draws inspiration from the organic curves of marine coral, which is reflected in its façade that filters light and air to create a serene, private living environment.

The building rises 27 stories and houses 31 exclusive penthouses, including a spectacular three-level Sky Villa at the top, featuring nine bedrooms, private rooftop gardens, a pool, and extensive outdoor living spaces.

Construction of the Bulgari Lighthouse began in early 2023, with completion scheduled for the second quarter of 2027. Developed by Meraas under Dubai Holding, the tower is situated on a small peninsula of reclaimed land, offering unobstructed panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf and the Dubai skyline.

Residents will have access to a range of upscale amenities including landscaped Mediterranean gardens, a 50-meter infinity pool, private cabanas, and exclusive access to the adjacent Bulgari Resort, Yacht Club, restaurants, and fine dining experiences.
