Kempinski The Boulevard

Kempinski The Boulevard, formerly known as The Address Boulevard, is a 73-storey, 370-meter (1,214 feet) tall hotel and residential skyscraper located in Downtown Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

It is among the tallest buildings in Dubai and ranks on the list of tallest buildings in the world. The tower features 198 five-star hotel rooms and suites along with 530 serviced and luxury Sky Collection apartments, combining hospitality with high-end residential living. The building's design showcases a curvilinear architectural style with sleek, modern finishes, offering spectacular views of the Burj Khalifa and the iconic Dubai skyline.

The hotel section includes three swimming pools, a health club, a spa occupying an entire floor, a conference and banqueting hall, and multiple fine dining restaurants and chic bars.

The top two floors house a lifestyle dining restaurant and bar, known for their luxurious ambiance and panoramic views. Kempinski The Boulevard is also notable for permanently displaying 251 original artworks by 48 internationally renowned artists, including a bespoke chandelier collection themed "The Spirit of Timeless Luxury" and a large sculpture titled "Wings."

Originally developed by Emaar Properties and opened in 2017, the property saw significant success with serviced residences selling out immediately upon launch in 2012. In 2018, Emaar sold the hotel operations to Abu Dhabi National Hotels for $598 million.

In 2024, the hotel was rebranded from The Address Boulevard to Kempinski The Boulevard Dubai, marking the end of Emaar’s management. The building has also become known for housing one of the most expensive apartments in Downtown Dubai, including a luxurious four-bedroom penthouse priced at AED 80 million, reflecting the tower's status as a symbol of luxury urban living in Dubai.
