JW Marriott Marquis Dubai Tower 1

JW Marriott Marquis Dubai Tower 1 is one half of the iconic twin-tower JW Marriott Marquis Dubai hotel complex located in the Business Bay district of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Tower 1 stands at a height of approximately 355.4 meters (1,166 feet) and consists of 82 floors, making it one of the tallest hotel buildings in the world. The twin towers were completed in 2012 and together they form the world's third tallest hotel complex.

The design of the towers was inspired by the date palm, a symbol widely recognized in Arab culture, which is reflected in the architectural contour and shading elements of the buildings.

The hotel encompasses a total of 1,608 rooms across both towers, including 240 suites and four presidential suites.

Amenities within the complex include 19 restaurants, 18 retail shops, a large banquet hall capable of accommodating 1,000 guests, an auditorium, a spa and health club spanning 3,700 square meters, multiple conference and meeting rooms, swimming pools, and gymnasiums.

The towers are symmetrically placed on a seven-story podium which houses all public areas, and the hotel lobby features a ceiling height of four floors, creating a grand arrival experience. The podium also serves as a central hub with back-of-house facilities and banquet areas.

Strategically located near the Dubai Water Canal, the complex offers guests panoramic views of the Burj Khalifa, Business Bay, and the Persian Gulf.
