Grosvenor House West Marina Beach is a landmark five-star hotel and residential tower located in Dubai Marina, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Construction began in March 2003, and the building was completed and officially opened on June 21, 2005. Standing 210.4 meters (690 feet) tall with 48 floors, it was the first fully operational building in Dubai Marina and ranked as the eighth tallest building in Dubai at the time of its inauguration.
The tower features approximately 422 units, comprising 217 hotel rooms and 205 serviced apartments, all boasting contemporary Arabian-inspired interiors with modern amenities.
Operated by Le Méridien, Grosvenor House West Marina Beach includes twelve distinguished restaurants and bars, with Bar 44 on the 44th floor offering panoramic views over Dubai Marina. Renowned chef Gary Rhodes was the chef-patron of Rhodes W1 Dubai, one of the hotel’s signature dining venues.
The hotel shares private beach facilities with the nearby Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa, providing access to water sports, swimming pools, and tennis courts. Amenities include a health spa offering a variety of treatments, fitness centers, and luxurious guest services such as butler service, 24-hour room service, and state-of-the-art interactive entertainment systems.
Designed by Archon Consultants and built by NASA Multiplex, the tower features a modern façade of precast concrete cladding combined with glazed curtain walls. Grosvenor House West Marina Beach is owned by Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum and remains a premier luxury destination and iconic hotel in Dubai’s vibrant marina district.
