Dubai Mixed-Use Towers

Dubai Mixed-Use Towers, also nicknamed the Dancing Sisters or the Spice Girls, is a prominent twin-tower complex located adjacent to the Burj Khalifa in Downtown Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The development comprises two towers: a 53-story hotel tower and a 61-story residential tower, both rising to over 200 meters (656 feet) in height.

The towers collectively offer approximately 2.3 million square feet (213,470 square meters) of mixed-use space. The complex includes the five-star Biltmore Hotel Suites Tower with 250 luxury rental residences, prime corporate office spaces, conference centers, retail shops, restaurants, and entertainment areas.

The architectural design features a distinctive fluid form, with one tower exhibiting a convex shape and the other a concave shape, which together create an impression of movement and dynamism, reflecting Dubai’s role in trade and cultural vibrancy.

Completed in 2013, these towers contribute significantly to the Downtown Dubai skyline, blending hospitality, residential living, and commercial purposes in a seamless urban environment. The location provides convenient access to major city landmarks, including the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall.

The Dubai Mixed-Use Towers are recognized for their modern architectural style and multifunctional facilities that cater to the luxury market and business needs, reinforcing Dubai's position as a global city.
