Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences is a supertall luxury residential skyscraper currently under construction in Business Bay, Dubai. The building is planned to reach a height of approximately 557 meters (1,827 feet) with 104 floors above ground and seven basement levels.

It is set to become the tallest residential tower in the world upon its expected completion in 2027, surpassing the current record holder Central Park Tower in New York City. The tower is a collaboration between Binghatti Developers and the luxury jewelry and watchmaker Jacob & Co, reflecting opulence and exclusivity in design and branding.

The development includes around 299 ultra-luxury residential units such as 2.5-bedroom suites, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom residences, and expansive 4-bedroom half-floor Diamond Sky Mansions as well as 6-bedroom Fleur DE Jardin Sky Mansions.

The uppermost levels feature two exclusive 5-bedroom Astronomia Sky Penthouses and a rare 7-bedroom Billionaire Sky Penthouse spanning two private floors at the pinnacle of the tower.

The iconic crown design with diamond-shaped spires is intended to be a distinctive visual landmark visible from across Dubai.
