Burj Azizi
Burj Azizi is a supertall mixed-use skyscraper currently under construction on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Upon completion, it is expected to reach a height of 725 meters (2,379 feet), making it the second tallest building globally after the Burj Khalifa.
The tower will have 133 floors, serving multiple purposes including residential, hotel, retail, and entertainment functions. Developed and financed fully by Azizi Developments, the project marks a significant investment aiming to create an iconic architectural landmark.
Burj Azizi will feature over 1,500 luxury residential units including one, two, and three-bedroom apartments along with penthouses, complemented by a seven-star all-suite hotel occupying multiple floors. The building will host several high-altitude attractions such as the highest hotel lobby on the 111th floor, a restaurant on the 122nd floor, a nightclub on the 126th floor, and a viewing platform on level 130, aiming to redefine luxury urban living.
Construction resumed in 2025 after a previous halt and is targeted for completion by 2028. Strategically located near the Dubai World Trade Centre Metro Station and Dubai International Airport, Burj Azizi aims to be a key cultural and commercial hub, enhancing Dubai’s global standing as a leading city for innovative skyscraper design and luxury lifestyle.
