Boulevard Point

Boulevard Point is a residential skyscraper located in Downtown Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower reaches a height of approximately 280 meters (918 feet) and consists of 69 floors. Developed by Emaar Properties and designed by Dewan Architects & Engineers, Boulevard Point was completed in 2020.

Strategically positioned above the Dubai Mall’s Fashion Avenue extension and adjacent to the iconic Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain, the tower offers residents unparalleled views of Dubai’s major landmarks as well as easy direct access to the mall through a pedestrian retail bridge.

The tower features 330 residential units, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments alongside prestigious sky collection duplexes and five-bedroom penthouses with roof terraces.
