AMA Tower

AMA Tower, also known as AA Tower, is a distinguished skyscraper located in the Trade Centre First area along Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Developed by AMA Holding, the tower was completed in December 2020 after a construction period of four years, marking a significant addition to Dubai's iconic skyline.

The building stands approximately 150 meters tall and features 62 floors that accommodate a mixed-use development including residential, office, and retail spaces. With 427 residential units comprising one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, alongside 26 offices and several retail outlets, the tower exemplifies a blend of luxury and functionality.

The architectural and engineering design was spearheaded in collaboration with the National Engineering Bureau Dubai and renowned structural engineer Dr. Issam Ezzeddine.

The tower’s unique design includes a pyramid inclination shape, which required innovative engineering solutions for stability and wind resistance, aided by extensive wind tunnel tests. Its strategic location near the Financial Center Metro Station places the tower close to major landmarks such as the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, enhancing its appeal for residents and investors.

AMA Tower offers a range of upscale amenities, including a grand lobby with artistic features, a rooftop swimming pool spanning 1,300 square feet, a gymnasium, cinema room, prayer room, and 24/7 concierge service. The building also has nine high-speed elevators equipped with smart card access to ensure convenience and security. The apartments boast floor-to-ceiling windows, providing panoramic views of the Arabian Sea and Downtown Dubai.
