Al Wasl Tower Dubai

Al Wasl Tower is a striking mixed-use skyscraper located on Sheikh Zayed Road in the Al Wasl district of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Completed in 2024, the tower reaches a height of approximately 302 meters (994 feet) and comprises 64 floors. Designed by the renowned architectural firm UNStudio and engineered by Werner Sobek, the building features a twisting, asymmetrical form inspired by the contrapposto pose common in classical sculpture, which creates an effect of dynamic motion. The tower is notable for having one of the tallest ceramic facades globally, composed of innovative clay-based ceramic fins mounted on an aluminum casing.

These fins provide external shading and wind-induced cooling, helping to enhance energy efficiency and occupant comfort in Dubai's harsh desert climate.

Al Wasl Tower hosts a mix of premium residential apartments, office spaces, retail outlets, restaurants, and a five-star hotel managed by Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. The building includes 258 hotel rooms occupying floors 16 to 38 and 229 residential units situated on the upper floors.

Office space spans more than 185,000 square feet, while parking is spread across 11 floors. The tower’s design incorporates balconies on every floor, a spa, a swimming pool, and a helipad. Strategically positioned between the Burj Khalifa and City Walk development, the tower benefits from wide visibility and proximity to Dubai’s major urban hubs.

Al Wasl Tower emphasizes sustainability and cutting-edge design, integrating heritage materials with contemporary technologies, making it a new architectural icon on Dubai’s dynamic skyline.

Tourism is not about places, it’s about experiences.
