Al Rostamani Maze Tower

Al Rostamani Maze Tower is a distinctive 57-story mixed-use skyscraper located on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Completed in 2011 and developed by the Al Rostamani Group, the tower is noted for its unique architectural design featuring a maze-like pattern formed by the intricate balconies on its front and rear facades.

This novel design earned it the Guinness World Record recognition as the world’s largest vertical maze. The building rises to a height of 210 meters (689 feet) and combines office and residential spaces, with 25 office floors, 24 residential floors, a garden floor, and a rooftop swimming pool.

The tower’s exterior is clad in natural Brazilian Verde Bahia stone, enhanced through special treatments to create an interplay of light and shadow that brings the maze design to life throughout the day. Inside, the residential units vary from two-bedroom apartments to spacious loft-style three-bedroom apartments and luxurious penthouses perched on the upper floors, some featuring private pools and terraces.

Al Rostamani International Exchange, previously known as Thomas Cook Al Rostamani Exchange, has its head office within the building.

Additional features include a dedicated 12-story car parking building linked to the tower, landscaped oasis spaces, and sustainable design elements, as Maze Tower is LEED Gold certified. Maze Tower is celebrated not only for its innovative architecture but also as a landmark in Dubai’s Financial District offering a blend of commercial and residential conveniences combined with aesthetic appeal.
