Al Qusais Industrial Area is a prominent industrial zone located in the Al Qusais district in the eastern part of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The area has a rich history that dates back to the early 20th century when it was primarily a residential and agricultural region.

However, in the 1980s, as Dubai’s economy expanded and diversified, the government initiated the transformation of Al Qusais into a major industrial and commercial hub.
