Al Hekma Tower is a commercial skyscraper located along Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower rises to a height of approximately 283 meters (928 feet) and comprises 64 floors.
Construction began in 2006 but faced several pauses, including a halt in 2009 and another suspension in 2012 due to proposed major design changes, including the consideration of converting it into a hotel. Despite these interruptions, the tower topped out in July 2011 and was ultimately completed in 2016.
The development is managed by Pearl Properties, a holding company owned by Sheikh Issa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
The tower, whose name translates to "The Wisdom Tower," is planned as a commercial building primarily offering Grade A office spaces across its floors. It features various amenities including swimming pools, gymnasium, retail outlets, and ample parking facilities accommodating hundreds of vehicles over several basement and podium levels.
Al Hekma Tower is strategically located, with easy access to major Dubai landmarks such as Dubai Mall, Burj Al Arab, Palm Jumeirah, and Dubai International Airport, making it a significant business hub within the city’s rapidly expanding skyline.
The structural design and construction were overseen in part by Arab Expert Engineering Consultants (AREX), ensuring a modern and functional office environment suited to Dubai’s competitive real estate market.
Travel is like love, mostly because it’s a heightened state of awareness.
