Al Batha Tower

Al Batha Tower is a 48-story residential skyscraper located in the Business Bay area of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The tower stands approximately 210 meters (689 feet) tall and was completed in 2019. Developed by H.H. Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Bin Sultan Al Qassimi and designed by Khatib & Alami, the building offers a total of 223 residential units, including two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom apartments.

Each apartment features modern interiors with floor-to-ceiling windows, porcelain floor tiling, built-in wardrobes, spacious kitchens with pre-installed cabinets, and balconies that provide panoramic views of landmarks such as the Burj Khalifa, Jumeirah, and Sheikh Zayed Road.
