Wild Wadi Water Park

Tourist Attraction

Wild Wadi Water Park

Wild Wadi Water Park is an outdoor water park located in the Jumeirah area of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, positioned near the iconic Burj Al Arab and the Jumeirah Beach Hotel. It opened in February 1999 and has since become one of the region's most popular and longstanding family-friendly attractions.

Operated by Jumeirah International, the park is themed around the Arabian folklore character Juha, whose adventures inspire the design and storytelling throughout the park’s attractions.

The water park features around 30 rides and attractions, including the Middle East’s largest wave pool called Breaker's Bay, multiple thrilling water slides, two artificial surfing machines, and Juha’s Journey, a long lazy river.

One of its most famous rides is the Jumeirah Sceirah, a 120-meter slide that is among the tallest and fastest free-fall water slides outside the Americas. The park also offers various dining options and shopping outlets while maintaining a family-friendly and alcohol-free environment.

Wild Wadi Water Park has evolved over the years by adding new rides and amenities, keeping its appeal fresh for both residents and tourists. Its location with views of the Burj Al Arab and proximity to premium hotels adds to its prestige as a world-class waterpark destination.

The park emphasizes environmental sustainability by incorporating water conservation and recycling programs. Wild Wadi remains a significant element of Dubai’s entertainment and tourism sector, offering a mix of thrilling experiences and cultural heritage in an accessible and scenic setting.

The real voyage of discovery consists not in seeking new landscapes, but in having new eyes.
