Kempinski The Boulevard Dubai

Kempinski The Boulevard Dubai, formerly known as The Address Boulevard, is a luxury hotel located in Downtown Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is housed in a 73-storey tower that stands 370 meters (1,214 feet) tall, making it one of the tallest buildings in Dubai and among the tallest in the world.

The hotel features 198 five-star rooms and suites, complemented by spectacular views of the Burj Khalifa and the surrounding cityscape. The property includes a restaurant, three swimming pools, a spa, and several event spaces, hosting a significant collection of 251 original artworks by 48 internationally renowned artists throughout the hotel, adding to its cultural ambiance.

The development of the hotel began with its project launch by Emaar Properties in 2012, with serviced residences selling out on the first day of sales in September of that year. The hotel officially opened its doors in 2017.

In 2018, Emaar sold its Dubai hotel portfolio, including The Address Boulevard, to Abu Dhabi National Hotels in a deal valued at $598 million. In 2024, the hotel was rebranded as Kempinski The Boulevard Dubai, marking the end of Emaar’s management and the start of Kempinski’s stewardship.

This rebranding expanded Kempinski's footprint in Dubai with a property that combines elegant European luxury with Dubai’s dynamic, futuristic spirit.

Kempinski The Boulevard Dubai enjoys a prime location near key attractions such as The Dubai Mall, Dubai Opera, and the Dubai Fountain. The hotel’s architecture is notable for its curvilinear form, and it offers a blend of urban resort lifestyle and modern sophistication. Above the hotel floors are serviced and luxury apartments known as Sky Collection, which add a residential component to the building.

The hotel’s culinary offerings were enhanced under Kempinski management, with modern brasserie-style restaurants and several private dining spaces, alongside leisure facilities that include a spa and a kids’ club, creating a comprehensive luxury experience for guests and residents alike.
