Armada Group is a diversified, privately held conglomerate based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with origins dating back to 1974. It began as one of the UAE's first construction companies, founded by Mohammed Al-Omran under the name Admiral Contracting.

In 2001, the company was acquired by Dr. Mohammed Rahif Hakmi, who significantly expanded and diversified the business.
