Wild Wadi Water Park, Jumeirah Beach Road

Wild Wadi Water Park is an outdoor water park located on Jumeirah Beach Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and is known as one of Dubai’s earliest and most iconic water parks.

The park officially opened in February 1999 and is situated next to notable landmarks including the Burj Al Arab and Jumeirah Beach Hotel. Operated by Jumeirah International, Wild Wadi offers over 30 rides and attractions spread across its compact yet dynamic layout, catering to families, thrill-seekers, and visitors of all ages.

The park’s design is themed around the Arabian folklore of Juha, a witty and adventurous character, which provides a unique cultural backdrop for the rides and attractions. Highlights include the Jumeirah Sceirah, a 32-meter high free-fall water slide known for its rapid descent and thrilling experience, and Breaker’s Bay, one of the largest wave pools in the Middle East.

Other attractions include Juha’s Journey, a 360-meter lazy river, FlowRider—a simulated surfing experience, and numerous kiddie play areas and water slides designed for younger guests. The park also features three restaurants, two snack stands, and two retail shops for dining and shopping convenience.

Wild Wadi Water Park emphasizes safety with trained lifeguards stationed throughout the park and offers amenities like private VIP cabanas for a more exclusive experience. Regular updates and new ride additions have kept the park fresh and competitive against larger newcomers like Aquaventure Waterpark.
